Ofcom announced fundamental changes to the Broadcast Code

This is great news for clients and brands as the new code allows us to integrate brand messages deeper into editorial without the old requirements of separation and editorial independence. This means that presenters, celebrities and brand ambassadors will be able to openly promote brands and products within programming.

The people that are best placed to make the most of these changes are an agency that have been working within the editorial since they have been in existence – perhaps us?
