Sound Creative & Prudential Win New Media Age “Effectiveness Award”

We’re very pleased to announce that we, Sound Creative won the New Media Age effectiveness award for online banking & personal finance this week, for our work with Prudential.

We claimed this coveted online industry prize with their campaign ‘Prudential Pensions Surgery’ which delivered a ‘first’ for effective customer engagement in the financial services sector, by revolutionising the traditional communications in annual pension statements and breaking the mould of regional hotel based ‘pensions seminars’ with an online TV programme.

The judges commented “…taking a staid industry approach through offline to online seminars bore a reduction in costs, an increase in engagement and a message to show how an older audience can engage with new technology.”
